This food is available in 1.5kg, 3.5kg and 8kg bags. The exclusive formula in ROYAL CANIN® Canine Urinary S/O Ageing 7+ helps to support effective struvite stone dissolution, having been specially formulated for up to 80% of all stones. Struvite is a natural component in your dog's urine that can form as bladder stones if your dog's urine is too concentrated. ROYAL CANIN® Canine Urinary S/O Ageing 7+ contains an exclusive blend of nutrients and antioxidants to support your dog throughout this life stage. Very high quality protein has been included to help maintain the health of your dog's kidneys, while other inclusive nutrients support your dog's vitality and cognitive function. As part of the ROYAL CANIN® Veterinary Range, it is important that this product is only given to your pet when recommended by a veterinary professional. Urinary S/O Ageing 7+ is a complete dietetic feed for dogs, formulated to dissolve struvite stones and reducing their recurrence through its urine acidifying properties, its low level of magnesium and its restricted level of protein but of high quality.RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use. Feed Urinary S/O Ageing 7+ for 5 to 12 weeks for the dissolution of struvite stones and up to 6 months for the reduction of struvite stone recurrence. Then the dog should be re-evaluated regularly by the veterinarian to assess the relevance of a life long recommendation. Water should be available at all times.
Composition: Rice, maize flour, dehydrated poultry protein, animal fats, wheat flour, minerals, hydrolysed animal proteins, maize gluten, cellulose powder, wheat gluten*, egg powder, fish oil, soya oil, dried tomato pulp (source of lycopene), fructo-oligo-saccharides, hydrolysed crustaceans (source of glucosamine), marigold extract (source of lutein), hydrolysed cartilage (source of chondroitin).
