Helps dissolve and prevent pure struvite stones and helps prevent calcium oxalate stones

Lowers the risk of crystal formation using RSS methodology for bladder health

Helps manage behaviors in older cats who become apprehensive and fearful in stressful environments and social situations, such as moving or the arrival of a new baby

Stimulates aging cats’ decreasing appetite with highly palatable soft cat food

Whether this is your cat’s first urinary issue or they need ongoing urinary care, your vet recommended Royal Canin Urinary SO Aging 7+ and Calm for a reason. This veterinary exclusive wet cat food was developed to nutritionally support your aging cat’s urinary tract and bladder health. This formula is designed with Relative Super Saturation (RSS) methodology to help lower ion concentration in urine, which contributes to stone formation. This formula promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. It also features specialized nutrients to help your older cat who may be demonstrating fearful behaviors, and a highly palatable texture to stimulate a decreased appetite and encourage regular eating. Lower urinary tract issues may be a recurring concern for some cats. Talk to your veterinarian about keeping your cat on this urinary cat food for long-term urinary support. And ask them about Royal Canin Urinary SO Aging 7+ and Calm dry cat food and treats to complement your cat’s diet or for mixed feeding.

It’s like catnip in a can…they can’t get enough!

I’ve been feeding my ageing cats the SO urinary + calm wet food for the last few years and they liked the “thin slices in gravy” in the smaller cans ok, but when it switched to the “loaf in sauce” slightly larger can I wasn’t sure how it would go over, but they can’t get enough of it! Had to switch them to a more wet food diet so they now get it twice a day, but when I last ordered from my vet online it’s back to the smaller cans of the first kind (at pretty much the same cost, I might add) for just over 1/2 the size. Please bring back the larger “loaf in sauce” cans…we’re loyal purchasers and have been for 15 years. Thanks! :))

Cats love the dry & no crystals (aka $$$!)

My 5-6 yo tuxedo cat started to develop crystals in his urinary tract several hrs ago & the vet recco’d the RC urinary + calm diet. We’ve been feeding him exclusively with the U+Calm dry food & he loves it. We also use some of the Urinary SO (loaf) since he doesn’t really love the chunk style of the dry urinary+calm. He mostly just drinks up the water I put in the bowl w/it & leaves the chunks. He’s also on 1/2 a Clomicalm pill once a day that I have to shove down his throat. We added a second cat in January who was supposed to be here for 2 mos till spring break & then go to my mom’s.....till COVID. 11 mos later & he’s still here. Can’t give him regular food or my tuxedo cat will eat it & get crystals. Just had to add Dasoquin pill daily for my tuxedo cat due to some crystals starting & added a Feliway calming air unit. Unsure if that’s due to extra stress in the home due to virtual school. Added a mini Goldendoodle puppy this week, so hoping he’s ok. Vet checked his urine last week & he’s doing great. This diet is a godsend!

Both Cats Approve

I'm not sure how much "calm" is imbued to my cats with this diet, but both of them are stoked to eat it, and I have the peace of mind knowing that I don't have to worry about any more cystitis or urinary crystals with them
