結晶體不能在不飽和的尿液中大量積聚，因此不飽和尿液不易形成鳥糞石和草酸鈣結石
稀釋尿液
稀釋尿液可減低尿液中鳥糞石和草酸鈣石的濃度，增加排尿量亦可保障膀胱排尿正常
